Graduation Lawn Sign Orders Due

We will be providing each graduating fifth grader with a complimentary lawn sign announcing their graduation from Smith. Lawn signs will be handed out to each graduate following the EFC Graduation Party.

The sign can either be personalized (with the graduate’s name) or generic (no name).

Kindly fill out this form to make your selection for your graduate. Orders must be placed by Friday, May 9. If we do not receive a response, your child's sign will be generic by default.
