5th Grade Yearbook: Baby & Kindergarten Photos Due

We are now collecting photos for the 2025–26 Yearbook!

Starting this week and continuing for the next two weeks, we’ll be gathering baby photos and kindergarten photos for our 5th graders.

📬 Submission Guidelines & Emails

Please submit the following photos to the respective email addresses below:

• ✅ 1 Baby Photo

• ✅ 1 Individual Kindergarten Photo
  Ideally taken at school, but not required.
  ✉️: submit+SmithKindergarten2026@edophotos.com
  
  
• ✅ 2 Kindergarten Halloween
  Ideally taken at school. Group photos with schoolmates are fine.
  ✉️: submit+SmithKinder.Halloween2026@edophotos.com
  
  
• ✅ 1-3 Kindergarten Miscellaneous
  Ideally taken at school. Group photos with schoolmates are fine.
  ✉️: submit+SmithKinder.Misc.2026@edophotos.com

Please Note: Because our children were in Kindergarten during the COVID period, we’re making an exception this year to include photos that may not have been taken at school. For all other grades, the yearbook will feature only photos taken at Smith.

⚠️ Before You Submit

• File Format: Ensure that all photos are at least 400 dpi in resolution and submitted in JPG or PNG format only.
• File Name: Label each photo file with your child’s full name (e.g. John Smith.jpg).

ℹ️ Additional Information

• If your child transferred to Smith later and does not have school photos from that time, please select a photo where the background is not easily recognizable.
• The yearbook is designed to celebrate memories from Smith School—please do not submit family vacation or unrelated photos.
• While we can’t guarantee that every miscellaneous (including Halloween) photo will be featured, we’ll do our best to ensure all students are represented.
