'Parenting in the Age of Tech' Virtual Workshop

Raising kids in a digital world is complicated – but we don’t have to figure it out alone. Join parents from across the district for a practical, supportive virtual session designed to help families build healthier, more balanced relationships with technology.
We’re thrilled to welcome our guest speakers, who are parents of current Tenafly students:
- Megan Feltenberger, PhD – Clinical psychologist with deep expertise in anxiety, child development, and family systems.
- Miranda Lee – Certified meditation teacher and resilience coach specializing in mindfulness practices that support balanced, connected family life.
What to Expect
A guided presentation followed by facilitated small-group conversations with other parents in our district. We’ll explore how to be intentional with tech, set boundaries that actually work, increase children’s independence, strengthen family connection, and create healthier digital habits – for kids and for us.
Whether you are planning ahead or your child already has a device, this is a chance to learn, share, and build a common approach as a community.
Joining instructions will be sent to registered parents a few days before the presentation.
