**Prices are based on the number of sessions offered per club for the semester and includes all materials, as noted**

 

Please take note of the following terms and policies carefully:

 

Registration and Waitlist:

 

  • Club slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please be sure to register promptly for best selection. Payment of HSA Membership Dues is required for Clubs Registration.
  • Payment must be received & processed to complete your child's registration. 
  • Make sure you select your club and then pick one slot for that club (by selecting quantity of 1) or use Waitlist checkbox for the applicable day if your chosen club is full and unavailable.  Please be sure to fill out the name of the Club for which you would like to be added to the Waitlist.  
  • If you select the Waitlist checkbox in this form, you will be considered when/if spots become available. This does not guarantee a spot in the club. Waitlists will be resolved after January 22nd. A Waitlisted club spot will not be charged.  If a spot in the waitlisted club becomes available, the Clubs Committee will contact you with instructions on how to make payment. If the Club for which you would like to register is not visible on the form, that means registration for that Club is full.  Please use the Waitlist option.
  • Payment can be made by Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Your registration is not complete until payment has been successfully processed. 

Refund Policy:

 

  • There will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES once you submit your registration, except where a selected club is canceled due to insufficient enrollment.  
  • The HSA does not offer any refunds for club costs and/or fees if your child is absent from a regular or rescheduled club session.  The HSA does not offer any refunds if your child drops out of any club(s) at any time during the semester.  
  • Please note that as this is a fundraiser for the HSA, no refunds will be given in the event of absences due to illness, travel, quarantine or otherwise. If schools are closed due to events beyond our control such as weather emergencies etc., we cannot offer a refund for the missed class.  Makeup classes may be offered if the schedule permits, but are not guaranteed.  Refunds will be provided only in the event that the entire school is required to close for an extended period due to quarantine or other COVID-19 related reasons.

 

General Clubs Terms:

 

  • Clubs must have a minimum of 8 students to run (except where noted otherwise).  Clubs that have enrollment below 8 students (or the noted minimum) may be subject to cancellation. 
  • Snacks will not be provided (unless noted). Any snacks sent from home must be nut-free. Please let us know of any allergy concerns in the registration form.  
  • Please note that the school nurse is not on duty during clubs.  If your child has allergies, please make note of it on the registration form.  Please note that while the food-based clubs will be nut-free, we cannot guarantee that they will be free from other allergens.  Accordingly, the food-based clubs may not be appropriate for children with food allergies.

After-School Clubs Behavior Policy:

 

  • Although after-school clubs have a more relaxed atmosphere, our school code of conduct remains in place. If it is in the judgment of the club supervisor that a child is not exhibiting acceptable behavior, and the behavior persists after being addressed by the club supervisor, parents will be notified.  If there is no change in behavior, enrollment in the club may be withdrawn.  Unfortunately, a refund of the club costs and/or fees will not be given in this circumstance. In addition, that student may not be permitted to register for the same club in a later session without the express approval from the club instructor and/or club supervisor. 

 

 

After School Clubs Dismissal Policy:

 

 

  • All Clubs run from 3:15 pm to 4:15 pm. Please arrange to pick up your student promptly at the end of Clubs. If you are repeatedly tardy to pick up your student(s) from After School Clubs, your student may be prohibited from continued attendance and participation in the Clubs program without a refund.   

 

    • Clubs will only be held on the dates noted below.  Not all days will have after school clubs.  In most cases, you will not receive notification when there are no clubs, so please review the dates below and make a note of them on your calendar. 
    • After school clubs are held on full days of school, including delayed opening days.  There will not be clubs on days of early dismissal, emergency school closings, holidays and various other special calendar days throughout the year. 

 

  • Carline dismissal rules remain the same for After School Clubs pickup.  You must give specific permission in the registration form for your student to self-release. Self release is available only for students in grades 2-5.
